As of this evening, Fish is stepping up its happy hour action. It’s extending them from one hour to two (five to seven p.m., Mondays through Fridays), and with a new special deal on oysters. Each day Fish receives oysters shipped from destinations on both the East and West coasts. During happy hour, Chef Mike Stollenwerk and his crew will shuck the oysters to order for 99 cents a piece. Happy hour drinks deals include craft beers for $3, select wines for $5, and a cocktail of the day for $6. In addition to oysters, shrimp, top neck clams, and crudo are often on Fish’s daily-changing raw bar menu. And with the new weeknight hours of happiness comes late night weekend happy hours from 11 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
