Eataly Hosts Guest Pizzerias; Grilled Cheese Competition Pops Up in Soho

Flatiron: Beginning today, Eataly will host a visiting pizzeria and pizzaiolo for each of the next six Mondays. Tonight, Motorino's chef Mathieu Palombino will kick off the series with a special menu, alongside selections from Eataly's own Rossopomodoro. [Grub Street]
