Even among chefs — a group not necessarily known for its collective sense of humor — Alex Stupak has gained a reputation for being not just talented, but uncannily driven. And as Stupak’s second restaurant enters its third full week, Frank Bruni drives the point home with a pretty great profile of the chef.
