May we interest you in some pozole?

Zoë, the little LES newcomer that's flown pretty under the radar save for a sticky-bun nod in these pages, will give the city's robust turkey sandwich scene another contender with its new lunch service. The restaurant debuted its midday lineup this week, and in addition to house-roasted turkey with arugula and cranberry between bread, the roster includes such homey comforts as pozole, eggplant parm, a Reuben, and a cast-iron seared burger with "garlicky Alpine cheese" on brioche. And if chef-owner Zoë Feigenbaum (the National) looks familiar while you're in, it's probably thanks to her appearance on Bravo's Chef Academy. Full lunch menu here.
