Windows Lounge at The Four Seasons Beverly Hills offers a selection of dishes that reflect the training and various international assignments of chef Ashley James. For the Super Bowl, the restaurant is tackling dishes that may be just as foreign to native Angelenos, with small plates that represent the regional specialties of New England and New York.

This Sunday, Windows will offer lobster rolls and Nantucket beer battered cod bites for Patriots fans and will also feature both thin crust pepperoni pizza for New Yawkers, as well as a hot dog station with house-made toppings like sauerkraut, sweet onions, and Dijon.

Drinks include Sam Adams’ famous lager to rep Bostonians and their ilk, while a traditional rye Manhattan will be twice as much to make Gothamites feel right at home. And just in case the shock is too much for locals, Windows will also feature a quesadilla station with chicken tinga and pastor, corn salsa made in a molcajete, fresh guacamole, and pico de gallo. Check out Window’s full Super Bowl menu below, served 4:00-9:00 P.M. this Sunday.
