What’s Cooking at Livello, Now Open at L’Ermitage

Livello is now open at L’Ermitage, bringing another Italian with Asian accents into Beverly Hills. The kitchen is helmed by executive chef Joseph Elevado, who spent nearly ten years working in Nobu’s empire both in New York and Las Vegas before taking the reins at Sin City’s Social House. Last night, the restaurant hosted a gang of food writers for a nibble of Elevado’s dishes, with servings of a sliced wagyu flatiron steak and risotto studded with PEI mussels and chorizo, as well as the creations of pastry chef Angela Ng.
