Redfarm's owner and unofficial "Jews love Chinese food" spokesperson Ed Schoenfeld confirms his Upper West Side expansion dreams and describes what it was like to be a Jewish guy living in a Chinese world, back when he was a host at four-star Uncle Tai’s Hunan Yuan.
