As we’d hoped it would, Pok Pok Wing opened its doors last night, with a menu of fish sauce chicken wings, papaya salad, sticky rice, and little else (see the full lineup here). There’s no booze, but you can quaff four kinds of drinking vinegars (sounds weird, tastes delicious), plus Stumptown coffee served Thai-style with condensed milk. The tiny spot has a few stools to perch on and serves dinner daily from 5 p.m. till midnight during the week, and till 2 a.m. on weekends. See ya there!
