It was just last month that Marianne Sundquist’s line of preserves and stuff, Mess Hall & Co., made their debut at the Holidose Market. But she must have been happy with the reception she got, because now Eater reports that she’s leaving her position as chef at Andersonville wine bar In Fine Spirits to pursue a range of new opportunities, including Mess Hall & Co., a burgeoning career as a food stylist— and a third web-based venture she isn’t talking about yet. Her last day is January 31; In Fine Spirits is looking for her replacement. [Eater]
