Lowcountry Unveils a New Toque and New Menu

After closing for a few weeks owing to water damage, Lowcountry has reopened, with a new chef and updated menu. Oliver Gift is now behind the stove, following stints at Commerce and Blue Hill at Stone Barns. He’s added dishes like she-crab soup, pig-ear salad, and baby back ribs with pimento cheese — scope out the full shebang below.
