Anyone who walks into West L.A.’s Freddy Smalls Bar & Kitchen must see that it has late-night dining written all over it (possibly next to the photos of Freddy Prince Sr. and Re-Run, look carefully), what with the bar taking up most of this sensational, moody space and the killer cocktails that induce one to linger. Smalls is now serving a late-night menu starting at 11:00 P.M. nightly, featuring a few of the restaurant’s small plates like the mandatory fried brussel sprouts with smoked goat cheese and dishes that toe the line between breakfast and midnight snack, such as a crispy pig ear and fried egg sandwich on brioche or Belgian waffles served with bacon butter and bourbon-maple syrup. Keeping you glued to your seat, once the clock strikes midnight, mimosas will be priced at nine dollars when paired with your food. Check out Freddy Smalls’ full late-night menu, below.
