Kirschen-Clark to Dazzle Wall Street at Demi Monde

A few months ago, Grub Street posted some exciting details about Demi Monde, the chic financial district hang that will serve as a coffee house by day and an exclusive and subterranean restaurant by night. Now we learn from Diner's Journal that Phillip Kirschen-Clark, who left Vandaag last year, will be the chef at Demi Monde when it opens next month. He'll be serving small plates like vermouth-pickled oysters, tiny ham and egg tarts, lobster rolls, and, obviously, caviar service. Go, bankers, it's your birthday. [Diner's Journal/NYT]
