According to Toqueland, the in-depth chef (not food!) website by Andrew Friedman, one of New York’s top cookbook writers and culinary memoirists, he and Dieterle are kicking around concepts for an upcoming collaboration together. Despite Dieterle’s Kin Shop hit, the recipes will not be Thai-based. Friedman will be detailing the ideation process on his site, which is pretty cool if you’re into things like our Notes From a Kitchen contest and yesterday’s Piglet nominations on Food52.
