Dogpatch: Gilberth’s Rotisserie & Grill has just softly opened at 2427 3rd Street (at 20th), from the team behind The New Spot around the corner, serving pan-Latin fare, including rotisserie chicken, Cuban baby back ribs with a guava glaze, Argentinian-style steak with chimichurri, and mussels in tequila wine.
