Forest Hills: Haveli restaurant (no relation to the Manhattan eatery by the same name) is now open at 116–33 Queens Boulevard, serving a pan-Indian menu from chef Tuhin Dutta (Seasons) that includes vegetarian dishes, tandoori-grilled meats, and seafood, among other options. See the full lineup here. [Grub Street]

Gramercy: On Mondays from 6 to 8 p.m., Kibo will provide complimentary sake tastings at their bar, serving Akitabare suirakuten, Dewazakura Nama Genshu, and Masumi Okuden. [Eater NY]
Lower East Side: Top Hops Beer Shop tapped its kegs this past weekend and is open for business at 94 Orchard Street. The establishment offers a wide selection of beers, including rare brews from around the world to good old-fashioned Bud Light. [Bowery Boogie]
Lower East Side: Subway — yes, that Subway — plans to open another LES shop at 153 Essex Street. You know, just in case you were short on places to find a foot-long sandwich.
