Empellón Cocina Opening ‘Next Week’

We’ve been waiting for Alex Stupak to open his second Empellón location — Empellón Cocina — for a while now, and a tweet today confirms that the restaurant, which focuses less on tacos and more on composed dishes, will open next week. In fact, a quick glance at OpenTable even reveals that reservations are being taken for the week after that, starting on February 13 — though you’re probably going to want to double-check, rather than assuming any reservations you make at this point will be iron-clad.
