Cambodia meet Batalia.
The good people at the scrumptious Num Pang are partnering up with a few famous chefs for “Num Pang Guest Chefs Give Back,” a charity program where famous chefs create signature Num Pang sandwiches with proceeds going to charity. The first collaborator is Mario Batali and the “Batali Pang,” available from Wednesday, February 15 through March 15 (at $9.75/sandwich), will be divided equally between Batali’s Food Bank For New York City and the Num Pang owners’ cause, the Cambodian Children’s Fund. Good boy!
