L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Loses Its Executive Chef

Xavier Boyer, the executive chef of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon at The Four Seasons, left the restaurant last week and has returned to Paris for personal reasons, a representative from The Four Seasons has confirmed. Boyer, who is from Montpellier, also worked with Robuchon in Paris and London. He had been the chef at L’Atelier in New York since April of 2009. The restaurant has not named his replacement yet, but we’ll keep you posted as we hear more.
