Apparently Olives is actually going to open in January, per Universal Hub, although we’ll believe it when we see it. (In September, English promised a “holiday” reopening; earlier, he’d said Labor Day.) Some people still have faith in the superchef, though: At a Licensing Board meeting this morning, English said that he’s busy hiring staff, and that “upwards of 180 people stopped by to apply for work” yesterday.
