We told you it was almost ready to go, and now it's official: Pera Soho will open tomorrow evening. Chef Ryan Skeen has cooked up a menu that includes some favorites from other Pera locations (chicken and lamb adana rolls; wild-mushroom flatbread) and new ones (lamb tartare; raw sea urchin with pickle chilies and squid ink; salmon wrapped in grape leaves). See the full lineup for yourself, below, and scope out the 105-seat space in our slideshow. Not pictured: a 2,000-square-foot garden that should open this spring.
