Michael Vignola of Gravy tells Grub Street that he's amicably split from the eight-month old Flatiron restaurant and is planning to rejoin the Strip House (now under the management of Steve Hanson's BR Guest Hospitality) as the restaurant group’s chef. Vignola, who worked for the Strip House and Michael Jordan's the Steakhouse NYC before the job at Gravy, will be teaming back up with his former colleague, chef John Schenk. Gravy’s has not yet decided on a replacement for Vignola.
