Ms. Mint Holiday Bazaar Brings Together Local Food, Fair Trade Crafts

If you missed last week’s Holidose Market, here’s another local shopping event that brings together food artisans, designers, fair trade businesses, community organizations, authors, and more. It’s the Ms. Mint Holiday Bazaar, organized by Kate Gross of Ms. Mint Trading Post. Food vendors, either of packaged goods or in the cafe, will include Brunkow Cheese, Katherine Anne Confections, Jo Snow Syrups, Co-Op Hot Sauce, Earth First Farms, Soup & Bread, Franks N’ Dawgs, Tomato Mountain, and literally dozens more (see the whole list here). The location is the Grossinger City Autoplex at 1530 N. Dayton, which sounds bizarre for a bazaar, but hey, it’s the city’s first LEED-certified auto dealership, so it fits right in. It’s today from 3 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
