Partners Bordeleau and Kurtz
Maven (598 Haight Street), the much anticipated new restaurant in the former RNM space in the Lower Haight is finally getting close, and today Grub Street gets word that the team of Jay Bordeleau and David Kurtz are aiming for an opening early next week, pending one or two final details. As discussed before, the concept is gastropub-ish with an emphasis on mix-and-match beverage pairings — for each dish on the main menu there will be cocktail, beer, and wine pairing suggestions.
