Last week, it was announced that Tom’s Restaurant would branch out to Coney Island this summer, and now it looks like Tom’s neighbors will be a couple of joints you might remember. NY1 is reporting that Ruby’s Bar and Paul’s Daughters (a story Grub Street had a very personal look at) are staying put after all! They’ve both signed eight-year leases, after the hell storm that was their eviction last year by perhaps-not-so-evil landlord Zamperla. All of the above should be open for biz by April. [NY1]
