Il Covo
To celebrate the culmination of two years of construction at Il Covo, Bar Lubitsch, El Carmen, and Roger Room owner Sean MacPherson’s revamp of the former Joe Allen/Orso space, the restaurant is toasting with a flute of free prosecco for every customer through the month of December. The final stages of construction just saw the sophisticated restaurant’s patio and interiors completed, revealing dark mahogany wainscoted walls that the Il Covo team had been endlessly staining for an old world look.
