Horse Slaughter Controversy Gets the Taiwanese Animation Treatment


Yesterday we told you that the practice of slaughtering horses for meat could be returning to the U.S. very soon. And faster than you can say "Trigger," Taiwanese animation house NMA has whipped up one of their signature videos — you know the weird, creepy CGI ones we're talking about — to address the situation. Things to keep an eye out for: the horse that gets zapped into a pile of money (we're pretty sure that's not how the slaughter actually happens) and the bloody Seabiscuit saddle at the French dinner table.
