Eataly has hired a brokerage firm to help them narrow down locations for their Washington, D.C., outpost. A man named Michael R. Zacharia, senior vice-president of retail services for CBRE, is leading the search. He tells the Washington Post he's been looking at locations with 60,000 square feet and has some solid options. He calls Eataly "the most in-demand concept that I have ever seen" and expects a decision in the next 60 days. [Capital Business/WP]
