Seoul-based Korean-Chinese restaurant Dong Chung Hong is gearing up to open in Koreatown next week. The upscale restaurant will offer both traditional Korean noodle dishes and spicy soups, as well as fancy Chinese fare featuring ingredients like sea cucumber and abalone, plus Chinese liquors.
