Seoul-based Korean-Chinese restaurant Dong Chung Hong is gearing up to open in Koreatown next week. The upscale restaurant will offer both traditional Korean noodle dishes and spicy soups, as well as fancy Chinese fare featuring ingredients like sea cucumber and abalone, plus Chinese liquors. On December 28, the restaurant will hold a grand opening party and a complimentary tasting for 80 people — you can RSVP here for a chance to attend.
