That Stephen Starr project inside the New-York Historical Society is finally ready to go: Caffe Storico (which means "historic" in Italian) is set to bow Saturday. Outfitting the 74-seat space was part of the $65 million, three-year-long renovation of the NYHS; see our photos of the marble cichetti (small nibbles) bar, white walls, and 30-foot bright yellow banquette in the slideshow. Also scope out some dishes from chef Jim Burke (who's worked with Marc Vetri in Philly, among other accomplishments). His menu focuses on the cichetti, housemade pastas, and hearty mains.
