A few months ago, we told you that the East Village fondue bar Bourgeois Pig would be coming to Brooklyn, and now we hear it’s just a few days away from opening its cheesy, chocolatey doors. Partners Ravi DeRossi, Luis Gonzalez (executive chef of Cienfuegos and Death & Co.), and Frank Cisneros of Dram are behind the project, which has landed inside the Scotto Funeral Home building on Court and First, under Area Spa.
