There are few things that chefs love more than soup (we can name a few; but we won’t), and as Restaurant Girl and Fork in the Road points out, tis’ the season to reap the benefits of their soup’session. Prepare for vicious cravings of steamed meatballs, elevated matzo balls, a $47 bowl of Michael White, and even a glam-ed out borscht. In other words, tell your boss it’s going to be a long lunch.
