Say hello to another fancy taco with Viktor & Spoils, a new taqueria and tequila bar opening this Thursday inside the Hotel on Rivington by the Co-Op folk. As promised, the “modern Mexican” joint has taken over the former CV Lounge with a slew of tequilas and mezcal to further intoxicate the perma-tipsy LES kidz.
