Something called S.F. Crab House is on its way to the third floor of 449 Powell Street, at Sutter (the building that’s also home to a Walgreens). The 7,000 square-foot, likely tourist-focused restaurant will be under the ownership of the Lori’s Diner people, and we surmise it’s probably a good few months out, given the liquor license app is just going in now.
