Oh, Pigalle! What ever became of you? You’ve flown below the radar for quite some time. Last we heard from Marc Orfaly, he was helping to open up Remick’s, an American tavern down in Quincy. But at last Grub Street has received word that the Theater District bistro has gotten a little face lift — brighter colors for a less stuffy look, an expanded bar area, and a bar menu to go along with it. Among the more approachable offerings: raw shellfish, black angus ribeye, sirloin au poivre, and a house burger topped with cheddar, fried onions, and homemade condiments.
