We hear that Shire will serve up a French-inspired menu at the BSO’s Symphony Cafe pre-show from November 17 until November 29. Swanky! Following her menus, other local toques like Meritage’s Daniel Bruce, The Oak Room’s Stefan Jarausch, and Will Gilson will roll out special dishes in conjunction with various concert themes.
