Longtime Lady Gaga love interest Luc Carl knows a thing or two about boozing, having worked for years at hipster hang St. Jerome's and authored The Drunk Diet. Now Ludlow Manor, his party-ready oasis high above the grime and traffic of Delancey Street, has opened, offering two floors of clubby fun to intrepid LES partiers. The second level, dubbed the Casino, leans rock and roll, with purple drapes, black chandeliers, and a soundtrack ("curated" by Carl) to match. Palm trees line the 6,000-square-foot third-floor rooftop space, with a fountain in the center and a retractable glass roof. A ground-floor restaurant with tapas by chef John Keller is coming soon. Three words: Lower Eastpacking District (you heard it here first). Photo evidence is straight ahead.
