Is Bino Finito?

A local Italian favorite in hot water.

Somewhere in between brunch at Seersucker (Smith Canteen was out of fried-chicken sandwiches!) and espressos at Cafe Pedlar, Grub Street noticed that Bino — formerly Po — had been shut down indefinitely. It appears to have been temporarily seized by the man a few weeks ago, and now their phone is disconnected and all reservation options (i.e., OpenTable) have been disabled. Grub tried to reach the owners, who named the Carroll Gardens restaurant after their cat, Bambino, but has received no word back yet.
