Burgers Beef Up Frankford Hall’s New Menu

Frankford Hall

Since opening back in May, Stephen Starr’s Fishtown beer garden, Frankford Hall, has been a bit of a sausage fest. With a menu dominated by all manner of tubed meats, we mean that in the literal sense of the expression, not the proverbial. But with the latest update to its bill of fare, Frankford Hall is beefing up its offerings with a selection of burgers. The new entries range from the “Frankford Classic,” a beef patty, white cheddar and housemade pickles on a sesame bun, and “Little Lamb,” spiced Colorado lamb with lemon tzatziki, cucumber, tomato jam, to the “Ultimate Poutine,” dry-aged beef with fontina fries and foie gravy, and the “Raw,” tomato tartare, iceberg cup and arugula. In additon to the burgers, Chef Jim Davidson is rolling out an escarole soup that’s based on his mother’s recipe and a chicken liver mousse with the new menu. Check the whole thing out straight ahead.
