Yes, a picture really is worth a thousand words. Check out dante chef Dante de Magistris, center, gamely posing with sausage links wrapped around his neck at yesterday’s Sausage Fest, held on his restaurant’s patio. Stella chef Evan Deluty was crowned Sausage King at the meat-up, with Catalyst’s Anthony Mazzotta and Pigalle’s Marc Orfaly trailing close behind. Sadly, it seems there was no Sausage Queen.
