When he opened Épicerie Boulud earlier this year, Daniel Boulud made his charcuterie, pastries, and other delicacies available to take home. The toque continues the tradition this season with his first-ever Thanksgiving takeout, available through Épicerie’s new online shop (store.danielnyc.com). The $395 feast feeds eight to ten; just order before November 19, and pick up at Épicerie Boulud on November 23. A fourteen-pound free-range turkey is the headliner, accompanied by chestnut-and-cornbread stuffing (pictured) and the usual sides, plus butternut-squash soup and whole-grain pumpkin bread. Pies (maple-pumpkin, apple-crumble, and chocolate-pecan) are optional extras at $36 each.
