The Southern chicken chain sent a strongly worded letter to Vermont-based "folk artist" Bo Muller-Moore, who sells T-shirts stamped with the phrase "eat more kale."* The reason: According to the AP, Chick-fil-A says "eat more kale" is too similar to the chain's "eat more chikin" campaign and "is likely to cause confusion of the public and dilutes the distinctiveness of Chick-fil-A's intellectual property and diminishes its value." But Muller-Moore isn't going down without a fight! [AP via David Rees/Twitter]
