Keller-Trained, Lynch-Approved Robert Grant Is the New Exec Chef at the Blue Room

Kendall Square’s Blue Room has crowned Robert Grant executive chef; he comes to the job from Barbara Lynch’s Butcher Shop. The Doogie Howser-ish Grant also toiled under Thomas Keller at Bouchon Las Vegas as one of his youngest-ever sous chefs. The Blue Room’s been a bit overshadowed of late due to the influx of new restaurants in Kendall, and now we’re reminded to check it out once again.
