Last night at the Mercedes-Benz 125-year anniversary at the James Beard House, Grub Street had a chance to talk to Chef Dan Kluger about a recent lunch where both Jon Bon Jovi and Deepak Chopra were perched (separately) at ABC Kitchen: “Deepak is there all the time; but Bon Jovi, that was wild.” A focused and generally unfazed Kluger told us that he’d only really “freak out” for the following people: Adele … or Billy Joel. “If either of them came, I’d be seriously excited. They’re my two favorite stars; I love them both. That would be the coolest thing ever.”
