Anglo- and offal-philes: A pig's head up that British hearts-and-parts maven Fergus Henderson will sweep through town once again this year, inducing heartburn and swoons in our city's most eager diners in the fourth annual FergusStock. Ken Friedman writes in to let us know that the meat-stravaganza will run for three nights this year: November 2 at the Spotted Pig, November 3 at the Breslin, and November 4 at the John Dory for "Fergus Does Fish." Hopefully he'll get ahold of some monkfish liver for that last one — we hear it's the foie gras of the sea.
