Though not everyone is thrilled about it, Paige Management (the team behind the Ainsworth) has turned classic financial district drinkery Blarney Stone into the Fulton. The 4,300-square-foot gastropub opens tomorrow, with a sprawling menu of small plates by chef John Bond (STK Miami), including everything from turkey to lobster sliders; a chicken club in both salad and sandwich form; and classic entrees such as steak-frites. When we stopped by to shoot, the space wasn't totally ready, but you can get the idea — there are tufted black-leather booths and lots of dark wood.
