Sneak Peek at the Fulton, Opening Tomorrow
Though not everyone is thrilled about it, Paige Management (the team behind the Ainsworth) has turned classic financial district drinkery Blarney Stone into the Fulton. The 4,300-square-foot gastropub opens tomorrow, with a sprawling menu of small plates by chef John Bond (STK Miami), including everything from turkey to lobster sliders; a chicken club in both salad and sandwich form; and classic entrees such as steak-frites. When we stopped by to shoot, the space wasn’t totally ready, but you can get the idea — there are tufted black-leather booths and lots of dark wood.
