Launching just in time to partner up with your turkey, chef Ray Garcia, the super sustainable stud at FIG at The Fairmont, is releasing wines under the new FIG label. The news gets even better. Both the pinot noir and the chardonnay result from a collaboration between Garcia and Santa Maria’s esteemed La Fenetre winemaker, Josh Klapper, and will be sold for home enjoyment and used as the restaurant’s house wine starting sometime next month.
