Opa, the stylish Greek restaurant from the brother and sister team of George and Vasiliki Tsiouris that popped up along Sansom St. in Midtown Village back in February, has updated its menu for fall. Continuing with his formula of tying together the flavors of traditional Greek cookery and contemporary tastes, Chef Andrew Brown tweaked the menu to reflect what’s in season. Some highlights include a curried apple-squash bisque; an autumn-y salad with arugula, butternut squash, gains, dates, figs, almonds, sherry vinegar, smoked yogurt; and new “Greek Ceviche” selections. Keep reading to see all the new dishes.
