One of S.F.’s only Thai food/sushi eateries (or the only?), Mood Thai Sushi & More (418 Beach Street) looks to be closing up shop soon as a new owner has applied for a liquor license at the space. From the sound of the Yelp consensus, the current owners’ hearts were never really in it with the sushi thing — they also own Be My Guest Thai Bistro on Clement. [Grub Street]
