The kalbi burger at Beverly Hills’ Miru 8691 isn’t our city’s only, or even first, Korean burger, but tonight the restaurant’s original take on a Kobe burger will take the spotlight as the “perfect burger” on the Food Network series Crave. After sampling burgers on both coasts, Troy Johnson fingered this 90210 restaurant’s fifteen-dollar Kobe burger as his ultimate** favorite, taking a lesson from chef Miru Jung as he cooks cubes of filet mignon directly into the burger’s patty.
