Philadelphia’s Marc Vetri is coming to town in a couple of weeks to cook for Suzanne Goin’s L.A. Loves Alex’s Lemonade fundraiser, an event the chef helped inspire her to bring to L.A. While Goin’s got him here, Vetri will cook a four-course dinner at Lucques the next night, November 7th, while signing copies of his new book, Rustic Italian Food. It will cost $95 to indulge in Vetri’s cooking, a cost that includes a copy of his book and the chef’s company over three-and-a-half-hours. Reservations are available at 323-655-6277 and you can see Vetri’s planned menu of Italian dishes below, with the possibility he’ll offer a sneak peak of some bites from his forthcoming gastropub Alla Spina. Come check out the menu.
